Our Return Policy

Kindly review the Returns Tab on the product page, which explains how each specific supplier handles returns.

We have a 15-day international return policy in which a Customer may return an item that is in sellable condition  at the Customer’s expense.  In some cases, we cover costs for the return shipment to the manufacturer if the product malfunctions or delivered to the customer damaged.

A sellable condition means the item is unused and the protective packaging, box and/or a dust bag have no signs of wear.

During the 15-day return policy period, we advise Customers to keep the original packaging materials ready for possible return shipment. Items returned without the box, covers or dust bag will be considered damaged and may not be accepted for a full or a partial refund.

Refund is credited to the original form of payment  in accordance with the following rules:

  • Full with the return shipping covered by The Elegant You – if the Customer received product originated in United States with free shipping.
  • Partial with return shipping covered by the Customer –

If the product was shipped from abroad, the original delivery charges will not be included in your refund. If duties have been paid at the Checkout, we can refund these charges to you directly. However, if your duties and taxes were paid at your delivery destination, these charges are non-refundable through The Elegant You. Please note: you may be able to claim these charges back by contacting your local Customs office.

  • Partial for the goods found damaged or otherwise unsellable for the full retail price, upon receiving return. Such a refund is subject of preceding discussion between The Elegant You and a Customer.
  • Returns are not accepted – Products will be indicated at the Tab with the Product description. Usually these are included but not limited to:

Altered apparel, intimates, bridal, formal wear, special orders, cloth face mask coverings, perishable or personalized/monogrammed items, and items identified as “final sale”.

Please, note: we may restrict or refuse future transactions if we identify an unreasonable return pattern.
